'Grá mo chroí' is Irish for 'Love of my heart' and this Cashmere Aran Cardigan puts a luxurious, contemporary spin on the authentic Aran Sweater; an icon of Irish design.
This design makes glorious use of traditional Aran Stitches in the material we know best: our luxurious 8 ply, 100% cashmere.
Each of these stitches holds so much meaning & symbolism: from the Diamond Stitch signifying wealth and success for the wearer to the Modern Cable Stitch to signifying ropes used by the fisherman of Ireland at the time, promising good luck and safety at sea.
Each garment is made to order in Ireland-the ultimate in luxury knitwear.

Because of this very intricate process, each Madigan Aran sweater takes approx. 6 weeks to complete, but can vary based on our waitlist.
