Made in our butter-soft cashmere, they are so lightweight. This yarn is made especially for Madigan, using a lightweight, 2 ply 75% Cashmere and 25% Silk or 2 ply 100% Italian Cashmere to add a lustre and a drape that cannot be replicated.
Please note: Heather, Indigo, Vintage Rose, Flannel are made from our pure Cashmere yarn and Bourgeois, Bayleaf, Praline, Tea Rose, Ivory, Clementine & Black are made from our Cashmere & Silk yarn.

Madigan cashmere is created to Last a Lifetime and so the quality of our yarn must be impeccable. Each garment is made from the finest Italian and Scottish cashmere yarn.
Made by Hand
We use a hand flat knitting technique which was popular in Ireland from about the 50s to the 80s. We believe this handmade process adds character that cannot be replicated by machine
knitting.
Made in Nepal
This collection of cashmere pieces are lovingly made from our partners in Nepal, another family business, then personally checked and hand finished by Elaine before sale or shipping.
