Our Wilde Aran Cashmere Sweater was originally designed with our men in mind, but we love the relaxed, unisex fit on everyone.
The patterning and stitch selection is strong, masculine and traditional with moss, cable, blackberry, honeycomb, diamonds, plaits and claws.
The body aesthetic is straight, with a slightly dropped arm inset and generous proportions across the shoulder. The crossover neckline makes the Wilde sweater an easy choice for wearing over a t-shirt or a shirt. The fluid cabled rib on the hem and sleeve continues the story behind this Wilde sweater.
Each Madigan Aran sweater is made to order by hand in Ireland and take 6 weeks to complete.
Sizing
S/M: Chest is 44 inches, length is 26 inches with a sleeve measurement from underarm of 17 inches
L/XL: Chest is 46 inches, length is 27 inches with a sleeve measurement from underarm of 18 inches
Since every Madigan Aran sweater is made to order and individually knitted by hand, you’ll notice that each element has a definition and fullness that simply can’t be found in mass-produced, machine-knitted sweaters.
Because of this very handmade process, each Madigan Aran sweater takes approx. 6 weeks to complete, but can vary based on our waitlist.
